Move your body to be healthy!

Exercise is activity to improve your health and fitness.

Exercise is good for our bodies and minds.

Exercise is good for our bodies and minds.

Exercise includes:

  • Cardio
  • Strength
  • Stretching

Cardio gets your heart pumping.

Slow cardio:

  • Walking
  • Bike ride
  • Water exercise

Fast cardio:

  • Jogging
  • Swimming laps
  • Basketball

You need...

Slow Cardio: 2:30 each week

OR

Fast Cardio: 1:15 each week

Let’s do cardio exercise!

Strength exercise builds your muscles.

  • Weight lifting
  • Yoga
  • Gardening

Do strength exercise two times each week.

Let’s do some quick strength training!

Stretching rests your muscles and joints.

Stretch two times each week.

Let’s do some stretching!

Each week, you need:

  • 2:30 slow cardio
  • Two times strength
  • Two times stretching

Every little bit of exercise counts!
