The Arc Greater Twin Cities needs leadership from talented and skilled members of the self-advocacy community to improve the organization’s purpose and work, and has provided a forum for self advocates to speak out on topics important to them and to learn from other selfadvocates’ experiences. These self-advocates are provided additional leadership and training opportunities to promote self-advocacy at conferences and events in the metro area.
